Welcome to the Official Spotter Guide for the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship and Continental Tires Sportscar Challenge.

The final round of the series takes place this weekend with all the championship titles still open. The guide features all four classes in TUDOR United SportsCar Championship along with the Continental Tires SportsCar Challenge.

2015 FORMULA ONE SPOTTER GUIDE

Latest Update: 18 September 2015 (V4) – Spain

The 2015 Formula One Spotter Guide by Andy Blackmore Design, has been updated for the Singapore Grand Prix, with the addition of Alex Rossi at Manor. The Manor livery and race wins stats have also been updated since v3 (Spain)

A small change for this year. To reduce production costs, we are using Media and Press Images from the various teams and drivers to showcase each car and team. The guide will be updated following any significant changes.

Each team is featured with car, chassis and engine detail along with Drivers, Camera Pod markings and the new number system.

The guide is available as a JPEG or a PDF file.

Welcome to the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship and Continental Tires Sports Car Challenge Spotter Guide Page.

After a successful six years producing the official American Le Mans Series Spotter Guide, race car livery designer, Andy Blackmore has partnered with IMSA to produce a new Fan Raceday Viewing Guide for 2014. The new style guide for the final round of the series includes the PC, GT-LM and GT-D classes in the TUDOR series and the CTSCC classes, featuring their liveries, driver rosters, chassis, engine and class details.

As a special feature, the Petit Le Mans guide is available as the usual multi page IMSA viewing guide AND a two page 11×17 ‘Poster style’ Spotter Guide.

2014 Tour de France

As an extension of the Spotter Guides series, Andy Blackmore Design has released a full 2014 Tour de France Spotter Guide. The guide features all the teams, riders, route and stages. All the Jerseys have been accurately illustrated including the new Tinkoff-Saxo top which was released yesterday (July 4th).

The guide is a free download, but please respect the copyright notice at the bottom. If you are new to SpotterGuides.com, welcome! Please take a look around as we are the leading Motorsport Spectator Guide resource including Formula 1, Le Mans, TUDOR United Sportscar Championship and Formula Drift.

The Spotter Guide series by Andy Blackmore Design, has become a very successful piece of art and visual aid in Endurance Racing in recent years and is now the larger resource of its kind in the world. At its peak, there was over 120,000 unique downloads of the Nissan Nismo Le Mans Spotter Guide. Each year our downloads numbers increase. We also produce official Spotter Guides for IMSA and Lamborghini.

As a sponsor or series, partnering with the Spotter Guides series is a great way to ensure your brand gets in the hands of core motorsport fans, at the track, online or from the comfort of their armchair.

We are currently welcoming sponsorship partners to support future guides. Each guide takes between 40-80 hours of work with most receiving race by race updates of 1-5 hours a time so it can be time consuming.

Sponsorship is tailored to you on a case by case basis to ensure that your needs are met. No two clients are the same. Sponsorship also allows you to promote and host the guides under your brand on social media and at the track. The guides can be designed as a traditional JPEG/PDF download which suits desktop and handheld devices or we can produce a leaflet or book as shown with the Official IMSA guides. Many partners also print these professionally for hand outs at the circuit. The Car illustrations are also available individually.

Guides normally feature detail vector illustrations, which allows me to showcase any new designs before they take to the track and update on the fly during the race weekends. On occasion, Photos can be used for a more cost effective guide. This is also useful where there is a large grid.

Each guide displays a variety of information ensuring the race fan or team member has all the extensive information at their fingertips.

Following an initial contact by the series, I then work with teams and sponsors directly to ensure each car illustration accurately reflects the actual racecar.

Title sponsorship also gives you the rights to produce the guides as free hand outs for fans at the circuit or downloads including Posters and Hero Cards. Hankook (above)produced a Hero Card poster for their drivers in the Formula Drift Championship while IMSA are continuing the tradition of large Spotter Guide posters and shirts, both are popular with fans collecting autographs.

Road Atlanta comission me to produce a larger than life illustration of the previous winner which hangs 10 feet tall along the pit straight. These images are then used for a downloadable Petit Le Mans Poster.

While Porsche commissioned Andy Blackmore Design to create a VIP pocket guide. In both these cases, addition information is removed so this product has a longer self life

Formula Drift (above) and Road Atlanta also create Champions panels for display at various FD events

Sponsorship Options

Title sponsorship is the most visible sponsorship option as everyone who sees the guide will be aware of the product that is being promoted. Title sponsorship also gives selected rights too use the guides in different ways as shown above. You are welcome to host the guides yourself. Title sponsorship ensures your brand gets in the hands of race fans, corner workers, team and series personnel at the track or from home. Often the first time fans see a new design, its on the guide

Secondary sponsorship runs along the footer of the guides. A limited number of slots per a guide at reduced cost.

If you have a direct connection to a car entered in the race, this can be picked out with additional logos or colors and corporate fonts. Whatever you want, we will try to accommodate it.

The car artwork can also be commissioned to produce stickers, TV OSD Displays and clothing. My art has been used by ESPN, FOX Sports, ALMS TV and ITV Sport for their OSD broadcasts.

Andy has been producing ‘fan’ Spotter Guides for over fourteen years and during this time, the guides have been sponsored by Nissan, Electronic Arts, American Le Mans Series and the Saudi Falcons and now IMSA. Guides are produced for a number of series and can be downloaded, printed out, set as desktop or viewed on your smart-phone, which contain all the information required to follow a race, be it at the track or in the comfort of your home.

Each guide displays a variety of information ensuring the race fan or team member has all the extensive information at their fingertips. Andy works with teams and sponsors to ensure each car illustration accurately reflects the real world racer. Teams will often send me information ahead of time, under embargo. In 2012, we had every team work with the guides during the season.

The majority of guides are illustrated which allows Andy to showcase any new designs before they take to the track and update on the fly during the race weekends.

While the guides are a fan favourite, the motorsport industry also use the guides extensively. Many commentary teams from around the world use the guide as do many corner-workers, mechanics, race engineers and even race control in the ALMS and WEC!

TV companies including NBC, ITV,Fox Sports, ESPN and ABC have also used my illustrations for on screen graphics.

Race series and teams have used my artwork for presentations and press releases and merchandise. The car art is available independently of the full guide.

Hankook and Road and Track have also used Spotter Guide illustrations for various marketing projects from free hand outs to merchandise like Posters and T-Shirts

2013 ELMS

The Spotter Guide series continues to expand in 2013 with the assistance of Nissan with the Nismo European Le Mans Series Spotter Guide. The guides will be updated and released prior to each round of the 2013 ELMS.

It is time for the final round of the championship at Paul Ricard in France. The guide features Car, Driver, Livery, Team, Class and Nationalities detail. The guide will be updated during the week should any significant changes occur.
